  RMG in my experience are an awful company on so many levels! But just to list a few.
  
  - I feel sorry for the customer care team. When they can't help with any elevated issues they kindly try to pass you through to the property managers who are surprisingly never there (prob ignoring calls)
  
  - They overcharge and don't seem to be able to write a correct budget. Just as an example my Window cleaning was budgeted at £1200 but actually cost £340. I get that budgets are budgets but that's quite an overshoot.
  
  - The property managers ignore your emails (We have a trail going with many of my neighbours CC'd) and reply to the easy questions. Ignorance is bliss right?
  
  - They fight you on overcharges and when they finally admit they were wrong or made a mistake this overcharge isn't reflected in the next bill.
  
  - Even against their own budget and including reserve fees and insurance costs there is a magical £270 per year overcharge I am charged with which they are yet to respond on.
  
  - They never check what work has been done. How are their contractors kept accountable?
  
  - From reading around they joyously put their fees up each year
  
  - Following the new government legislation around not being able to charge the consumer credit card fees they have decided that credit cards are "no longer a cost effective option" for payment (what a surprise there!). Basically unless you always have a nice block of money ready to pay every time a bill comes in you're at a loss. In fact I feel this decision is pushing lower income families and individuals toward evil pay day loans. Should be ashamed of yourself RMG
