  Not going back.
  I inquired about a service and some body work bumper repair/replacement on my car. Agreed to book the car in 1 week later and when I changed my mind about the bumper, I was told that they already have bought and paid for the bumper AND had it sprayed. I was proceed to be told how I had left them in an awkward position..
  
  After a bit of thought, I concluded that it was extremely unlikely they had bought a £600 bumper and had it sprayed white before they even had my car and I'd paid any money. They were clearly trying to pressure me in to the work, must have been a nice bit of cash in it for them.
  
  I was still going to take it for a Service, until i considered how with the bumper situation I would be further pressured into it when they actually had my car, besides - they even told me I needed a transmission oil change (expensive), even though THEY did it last year. I was told that the "7" in my A7 service meant the transmission (transmission is on a B service). This made me suspicious upon reflection so I skipped the service.
  
  I called Mercedes this morning to book my service and what do you know - my transmission oil change was not due until THIS year. So the previous year they had just taken the opportunity to get a bit of extra cash out of me.
